We operate the most modern, state of the art, truck mounted equipment in the State of Michigan. - Standard rate is $60/hour. I offer free quotes based on photos or a short message. Site visits are $60, applied to the final bill. Discounts available for repeat clients. Prices for plumbing, electrical, painting, and restoration must be confirmed in advance.
I start by reviewing a short message or photos of the project. If needed, I schedule a site visit for a more accurate quote. Once we agree on the details, I confirm the time and get to work — quickly, cleanly, and with care.
- I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and light construction. Most of my training comes from real-world jobs, working side-by-side with licensed professionals and learning through practice.
- I’ve worked with homeowners, landlords, property managers, realtors, and small business owners. Whether it’s a quick fix or a small renovation, I adapt to each client’s needs and make sure the job gets done right.
I recently helped a client transform their living room — repaired damaged drywall, installed decorative wall panels, and assembled a large TV stand with built-in storage cabinets. The project took about two days. The result was clean, modern, and functional, and the client was thrilled. I really enjoy projects like this that pull a space together and give it a fresh new look.
